Help! I have quad boob

If you think that four boobs are better than two … you are wrong! “Quad boob” is a term I use for the bulge that spills out of your bra, either from the top or from the side. This embarrassing and tragic effect can even be seen under their shirts.

If it doesn’t fit … don’t use it!

If your breasts are coming out of the bra, your cup is too small. The thing is, not everyone fits into the highly marketed B, C, and D glasses that can be found in a chain store. Women often come to my store with a cup size that is too small because they did not know there were larger sizes. But there is! There are great bras available up to an N cup, so don’t worry so much about the letter on the label but how it fits.

Finding your actual cup size

A properly fitting bra will have a bra band that fits comfortably and is straight across the back. If your bra band fits properly but you are still experiencing quadriceps, turn up your cup size. For example, if you are wearing a 36C and have a bulge in your boobs, you will want to buy the same bra in a size 36D.

Are you still seeing double?

If your band size doesn’t fit correctly and you’re not sure what to do, I recommend starting over. First, re-measure yourself using the address in our fastener tester. Finding the best-fitting bra takes trial and error, but once you find your size, you’ll be glad you tried it! And don’t worry, if you’re having trouble adjusting, you can ask Linda for help!
