Explore an Explosive and Excellent Gastronomic Journey

With a little something for everyone in San Francisco, I explored the beautiful Muir Woods with its impressive groves of redwoods named after some of the tallest trees in the world. Determined not to miss the famous Sonoma Valley and its wine country, I stopped at quite a few drinking spots that showcased a well-kept collection of wines from the abode of Bacchus. Between an inspiring walk across the 1.7-mile-long Golden Gate Bridge, cable car rides, and a visit to Alcatraz (The Rock), I made countless stops to quench thirsty buds and take my palate on a relentless quest to awaken a gastronomic adventure.

Certainly he had arrived at a unique destination where the palate could embark on a gastronomic journey. I wasted no time embarking on an explosive excitement dining in San Francisco, known as “one of America’s best restaurant cities.” You name it, you got it, I was told when San Francisco opened the doors to authentic flavors, flavors, and the freshest local ingredients to deliver immense creative genius and incredible international flavors. Offering a true smorgasbord of cuisines, San Francisco showcased an attraction of Japanese, Chinese, Russian, French, Indian, Mexican, Spanish, Malaysian, Greek, Moroccan, Italian dishes and so many mouth-watering delicacies with a variety of fusion and creative styles.

I sampled delicious cruffins, strawberry manju, apple fritters and salted caramel ice cream which I drank to satisfy my sweet tooth as my eyes roamed the Swedish pancakes and amazing treats. Who can beat the tastes and smells of San Francisco with the tantalizing flavors of focaccia pizza, Dutch Crunch bread, cioppino, caldo verde and ribs? My palate had a tasteful stay with the Clam Chowder Bread Bowl, Oysters, Hangtown Fry, and the delicious Carnitas Burrito. I loved the grilled chicken with bread salad, the explosive chicken, the burgers and the sandwiches that were magically present everywhere, especially when the taste buds got drunk. And what about the delicious melt-in-your-mouth sandwiches and scones that luckily came together just in time for a big snack?

I traveled in a repertoire of sights and sounds as San Francisco invited the intrepid tourist to experience Fisherman’s Wharf and Pier 39 with its sea lions, Madam Tussad’s, Ripley’s Believe It Or Not, and great nightlife. I made it a point to shop at Union Square and the wonderful designer boutiques with countless non-stop malls. What a great and immense place of first level tourist attraction San Francisco offers with concerts, museums, art galleries and architecture. I was thoroughly and completely entertained, especially by all that San Francisco had to offer, and made a mental note to visit this destination with its myriad and mesmerizing carousel of all things bright and beautiful.
