How to make crab egg cakes

Koreans seem to like this kind of garnish, and I really enjoy it too. It’s relatively simple to make and delicious to eat, unless you have something against eggs and crabs. The ingredients you will need are: eggs, imitation crab meat, onions, green onions, and salt.

This dish is really very easy to make. To start, crack some eggs into a large bowl and beat them with a bit of salt. Set them aside and go buy your vegetables and imitation crab meat.

Take your crab meat and cut it into very small pieces and mix them into the egg mixture. Next, take your vegetables and slice them very finely as well. Toss them into the egg mixture as well. Mix your ingredients well so that there are no lumps and that everything is evenly distributed throughout the mixture.

Now, take a skillet and heat it over medium high heat. Now is the time to start making these little creations. For a little bit, about 3 inches in diameter, of the mixture. These things will cook relatively quickly, so you have to be vigilant. They will take about a minute or two to cook on one side, then you will flip it. It should be a nice yellow color, but a little brown won’t hurt anyone.

Once you finish all the little egg pancakes, grab some rice and kimchi and eat as much as you want, or whatever you have.
