Jiu Jitsu shipments

Jiu Jitsu submission attacks are something we see more and more in today’s MMA world. Every time you watch a UFC fight go to the ground, the fighter with the best Jiu Jitsu will generally win. It is not an aggressive style of martial arts as you can see in Muay Thai, Jiu Jitsu fighters like to think of it as a game of chess. You wait for your opponent to make a mistake and use that mistake to hurt him. It is a very popular style because it can be used by anyone of any size, the US Army actually teaches their soldiers Jiu Jitsu because it is so easy to learn and adapt.

There are a couple of key positions in a Jiu Jitsu fight, I am going to discuss the most popular positions and a few moves from each. I’ll start with the mount, this is what most people prefer, with the mount where your opponent is on his back and you are on his chest trying to keep your knees as close to his armpits as possible. This is a very commanding position, you get a chance to perform a couple of different introductions or hit your face on the mat. Some of the popular presentations that you will see from the saddle are the arm bar and the chimora.

My favorite Jiu Jitsu position is on guard, if you have someone on your guard it looks like he has the upper hand, you are on your back, he is on your knees and you have your legs locked in place around his waist. From this position you can control them, you can move them back and forth with your legs to avoid being punches, you can also work some good Jiu Jitsu submission attacks from here. Some of the most popular presentations of the guard are the triangle and the arm bar.

The guard and the saddle are two of the most recognized positions but there is more. There is the side control, the rear mount and the half guard that you will also see sometimes in an MMA fight. Jiu Jitsu submission attacks can turn the tide of a fight in a matter of seconds. If you’ve been watching MMA fights for some time, you’ve probably seen a fight where a fighter was winning and he slipped and got caught in a submission. A great example is the Brock Lesnar vs. Frank Mir fight. Brock was winning the fight using very powerful punches, he knocked Mir down and Mir grabbed his leg and forced Brock to tap. It can happen to anyone who does not have a decent knowledge of Jiu Jitsu.
