The Law of Attraction and Manifestation – Understanding How to Gain That Positive Attitude!

The law of attraction simply states that “like” attracts “like”, or things (and people) that are similar attract those things (or people) that are similar to them; in other words, opposites repellentinstead of attracting. The law of manifestation, on the other hand, states that as a person thinks and believes in something, that something will surely become a reality: conceive and believe it, and you can achieve it. Both attraction and manifestation go hand in hand, and both can help us achieve our goals in life, whether it be losing weight, becoming a better person, or creating worthwhile relationships in life.

The law of attraction is almost impossible to disprove. Think about this: how many times in your life have you met someone who you automatically got along with and instinctively knew from the moment you met that person that they were like a “kindred spirit”? During a conversation with this person, you quickly realize that you both share many similar interests, like the same taste in food, the same genres of movies, and even similar life stories (born and raised in the same city, know the same people, the whole concept of “small world” comes true).

The reason such a phenomenon is not only possible but very likely is that in many parts of life, from science to love, the law of attraction is just that: a law. In science, we most likely remember the axiom “opposites attract,” and we might even describe in detail how opposite poles (for example, the positive and negative charges of a magnet) come together to form a strong, solid bond. . However, if we look deeper, such as the creation of mineral crystals, we begin to understand that similar crystal shapes and structures attract crystals like themselves because they can form similar bonds; As more and more carbon atoms stack up with each other, they form one of the most beautiful, valuable, and strongest minerals in the world: a diamond. On the subject of love, although it is a nebulous, often incontestable or incalculable part of life itself, the law of attraction has a funny way of manifesting itself. Although it can sometimes seem like opposites attract, the most common factor in the strength and longevity of a relationship can be attributed to similar personal interests and goals. When two people in a relationship can see the same image in their heads, they can allocate their powers and energies to that common goal, and can become a force to be reckoned with. Just thinking positively aligns you with the endless possibilities that present themselves every day; think positively, and positive things will show up in startling relief.

However, the law of attraction also works negatively. Think about it: Have you ever been in a room with other people, and when another person walks into the room with a frown, the mood of the entire room falls apart? Tranquilizers also attract negative feelings. Being negative in life will certainly attract negative energy. This is why it is important to realize the power of positive thoughts and energy, as such energy can attract more positive energy and create momentum for positive results. Watch a person walk into the same room with a beaming smile, sparkling eyes, and truly high self-esteem, and everyone in the room is bathed in positive energy; this energy has the drive to unite people towards a positive cause.

The law of attraction and its principles are very simple to follow, as simple as breathing. However, it is also very easy to forget; as soon as you have reached it, you could lose it in the same way. That’s why it’s important to practice it every day, as a way to remind yourself to maintain positive thoughts and attitudes. As one practices this concept on a daily basis, one becomes more and more adept at applying these principles to everyday life. Over time, you will be able to align more than just your thoughts and energies towards a positive outcome, you will change the way the world works around you, making your own good fortune and bringing positive change to the people and situations you face. in contact daily.

Try this simple exercise: Before you start your day, look in the mirror and say “I’m so happy today!” Recite this five times before leaving the house to go to work, or before starting your daily routine. By telling yourself that you are happy, you create internal positive energy which, in effect, creates an external image of happiness and light. This positive energy will stay with you throughout the day and will affect everyone you come in contact with throughout the day. As more and more people see your happy face, they will also be infected with your positive attitude and attracted to your radiance. In this way, you will attract positive energy towards you and prepare yourself for a positive change in your life; this becomes the catalyst for another law to take place: the law of manifestation.

The law of manifestation goes hand in hand with the law of attraction. Just as the law of attraction states that positive begets positive, the law of manifestation states that as you conceive of and believe in something, you can achieve that particular thing. The mind is one of the most powerful tools, if not the most powerful, in the universe. Think of the human being as an iceberg in the ocean: we see the tip of the iceberg sticking out of the water’s surface, but we don’t easily see the huge iceberg base below. This is like the mind and body of a human being: the body itself is only a small part of the iceberg, the tip, while our minds make up 95% of the iceberg underwater. The human being is not a body with an attached mind; it is a mind with an attached body. The mind is responsible for all the things that a human being experiences and does, such as breathing, walking, running, loving, relating, working and playing. Without the mind, the body cannot act; the mind tells the body to do these things, and it all starts with the mind’s ability to conceive and believe that these things can be done.

The law of manifestation is based on the power of the human mind to form a thought and put the body (and even the body’s environment) to work to bring about real-life thought formation in the real world. When a clay sculptor decides to create a statue of a female form, for example, the sculptor does not randomly cut the clay, hoping that a female image will be created from his work. Instead, the image of the female form begins in the sculptor’s mind; From there, his hands go to work manifesting the image in his head, making the image a reality in clay. The greatest artists in history understood the law of manifestation and used it to achieve some of the most precious and valuable sculptures in the world.

The Bible itself, specifically the New Testament, offers insight into the law of manifestation. Jesus told his disciples, “If you have faith the size of this mustard seed, you can tell that mountain to move, and it will move.” Definitely, without a doubt, as I sit here and write this to you, I am telling you that you can indeed move mountains with your mind. The mind is powerful, so powerful that nothing in the world or the universe can stop it from achieving what it wants. However, this doesn’t mean you can wave your hand in front of a mountain like a Star Wars Jedi and magically move the mountain with just your thought. It works more like this: I conceive the idea of moving a mountain; I understand what it takes to move the mountain (excavators, cranes, workers); I use the energies of all the people and tools to move the earth in front of me, and achieve my idea of moving a mountain. The same concept works when building a house, driving a car, or making a relationship work. A plan originates and is formulated in the mind; the mind tells the body what to do to achieve this goal; the body does what the mind tells it, setting itself up for success by employing its environment or other people to achieve this particular goal.

However, just like the law of attraction, the law of manifestation can also work against you if not used correctly. Unlike the law of attraction, where thinking negative thoughts will breed negative energy, simply not keeping a promise or using mental energy to sustain your actions can keep you from becoming a manifestation master. Think about this: You decide to promise yourself that you will meet a friend for lunch at noon. Noon comes and goes, but you never show up, instead deciding it’s better to waste time at home on the couch in front of the TV. This simple act of thinking and not doing cuts off your manifestation energy and sets you up for future broken promises. As more promises are broken, the momentum shifts toward promise breaking, and this creates an almost impenetrable wall through which promises are held back and creations are stifled.

Try this simple exercise to build the power of manifestation: Take on a simple project or task for you to do throughout the day, whether it’s washing the dishes, driving to work, or even doing 10 push-ups. Before starting the day, make a promise to do it, without commitment, at a specific time. When that time of day comes, do what you promised yourself you would do. Through this simple exercise, you have used the power of manifestation to create a reality for yourself. As you begin to make more promises to yourself (and successfully keep them), you will create the momentum you need to change many things in your life, including your own destiny. You will be the shaper of your own destiny, the master of your own course of action.

Also, when you visualize what you want in your mind, don’t just be worldly or lazy. Be desirable and considerate of what you want, whether it’s losing a few extra pounds or even becoming a better parent to your children. Then make a specific and detailed road map that you can follow to reach your goal. If you want to lose weight, be specific: How much weight do you want to lose? 10 pounds? twenty? How much time will you give yourself to reach this goal? 1 month? 3? How are you going to do it? Exercise 30 minutes a day, three days a week? Do you eat less fatty or sugary foods? Being specific allows you to keep track of your manifestation as it becomes a reality, step by step, through the process. Simply saying “I want to lose weight” is so vague that losing a pound may achieve your goal, but not give you what you really want: a slimmer, firmer body. Being specific also gives you the ability to take on a larger goal by breaking it down into smaller, more achievable goals. For example, if you want to lose 30 pounds in 3 months, you can break your goal down into smaller goals, like 10 pounds a month or 2 or 3 pounds a week. That way, you can measure your success scientifically and methodically, rather than haphazardly.

The law of attraction and manifestation are powerful tools in which we, as human beings, can create our own destinies and achieve what we want, as well as give ourselves the power and energy we need to achieve our goals in life. By following these simple rules, we can all become masters of our own creations.
