Nowadays, teenagers live constantly surrounded by technology, although the younger generation may not see it, technology has had an impact on the world in general. The widespread use of digital technology in the music industry has enabled consumers to play digital versions of copyrighted songs at low cost with the help of many programs and websites.

The growth of downloads and the exchange of music are responsible for the decline in music sales since the end of the 1990s. Information and communication technologies, and especially the Internet, have changed the logic of consumption and the process of musical production.
